cost?
There is no
cost to Bullock Professional lab customers.
-
Do I need a program CD
and how do I keep BPRocs up to date?
BPRocs installs easily from the internet.
Each time the software is launched it will automatically update with the
latest features.
-
Does BPRocs eliminate
filling out paperwork when placing lab orders?
Yes. Since your order is completed online, no
further paperwork will be needed. A detailed summary of your order
will be enclosed with your order.
-
How is my order sent?
After reviewing your order, you can send it
via the internet, save and send it later, or even schedule your order to
go later in the day (or at night).
-
How will I know that
you received my BPRocs order?
After your order and images are
received and parsed into Bullock Professional darkrooms, an email will
automatically be sent back. The email will have the lab's Order
ID# and a summary of what was ordered. If you do not receive an
email within 2 hours from completion of the upload, please call Customer
Service 1.888.Bullock. (To avoid duplicate orders, do not resend
until you have spoken with Customer Service.)
-
Can I change my order
after it's been sent?
It's important to review your order before
sending as a request to make changes may be too late. As your order is received it will
automatically be entered into production systems and the photographic
paper will begin exposing.

Tips
Most issues
with BPRocs/ROES can be corrected simply by clearing your ROES cache.
-
1) Clearing the
Cache from within your BPRocs/ROES
First of all, if you have your ROES software already running, click
on the blue question mark in the lower left hand corner of the ROES
window. A short list of options will appear. Click on the “Clear
Cache”option. This will bring up a window warning you that you will lose
program information if you clear the cache.
-
On the drop down
list in that window, select the last option, “Clear Both Caches".
This will close your ROES software and remove all traces of it from your
system.
-
After clearing the
cache restart your computer.
-
Relaunch the
appropriate BPRocs that was established for your studio. Please
call us if you're not sure where to download BPRocs from.
